Williams Discontinuation of Self-Issue Permits 1/1/2016
Restriction:
Just a reminder, or in case you have not yet heard, self-issue permits will no longer be sold after December 31, 2015. You will have until February 29th to use what you have on hand, and until March 15th to turn in the used permits for processing final invoices.
There will not be any refunds granted for unused self-issue permits. PLEASE DO NOT share unused permits with other companies as you are responsible for payment for all trips taken with the permits you have purchased.
To replace the self-issue permit, going forward in the New Year, please go to ndenergy.org to purchase a trip permit, by selecting order truck permit then order trip permit (epermit), make payment with a credit card. Once payment is submitted, you will have the option to print or email your permit, as long as it is not needing to go to the county for approval first. (over 150,000# and restricted road permits will need such approval)
Please contact us if you have any questions during this transition.
